Dr. Alberto Gobbi performs highly specialized scientific, surgical and educational activities at a national and international level. He holds important positions in some of the most prestigious medical societies in the field of orthopaedics, arthroscopy, sports medicine and scientific research.

Dr. Gobbi’s office is located in Milan. He chairs OASI Bioresearch Foundation Gobbi Onlus, a No-Profit Organization, accredited by the Italian Ministry of Health and recognized as an International Teaching Center by ISAKOS (International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery & Orthopaedic Sports Medicine) and ICRS (International Cartilage Repair Society).

The OASI Foundation promotes research in cartilage, joint aging and sports lesions through a network of collaborators from all over the world.

A doctor for the Italian National Olympics Committee since 1983, he served the Medical Committees of the Italian Motorcycle Federation – motocross sector – and the Motorboating Federation – speed and off-shore sectors – for over 10 years and in 1988 he received the Award Certificate as Doctor of the National Team (“Azzurri d’Italia”). He served doctor in many of the most prestigious international road competitions like World Motocross/Trial/Off-Shore/Rally Championships, and endurance competitions such as Paris-Dakar, Incas Rally (Peru) and Pharaons Rally (Egypt).
